one small thing to think about. Maybe the guy who is too poor to afford a ticket should reconsider the whole enterprise of driving to work. Albeit, most urban transit systems are unappealing. The cost of the occasional ticket is just one part of the overall cost of owning a car. Does that guy cry every time a brakelightbulb burns out too and make the clerk at Canadian Tire feel “heavy handed”? No matter how honorable this guy’s spirit might be, he needs to understand that the parkign system is mathematically formulated and indiscriminate. Single mothers and this guy get screwed along with the rest of us. If you don’t like it, don’t drive.
