The Man Who Wanted to be Left Alone
The most terrifying force of death,
Comes from the men who wanted to be left alone.
Just leave me alone.
They try, so very hard,
To mind their own business.
Just leave me alone
I just want to provide for those I love.
They resist every impulse to fight back.
They swallow their ego and walk away.
They make allowances for the pride of others.
Despite themselves, they trust in the plan…
Plan A: Live and Let Live
Plan B: Reasonable Discourse
Plan C: Overwhelming force. Maximum speed and aggression. Extreme prejudice.
With their resistance comes forced and permanent change.
And so the man, who wanted to be left alone, finally takes up arms!
Some with their words. Others with their fists.
And then there are those who take up the armaments of Heaven and Hell, Deed and Word, who employ infinite creativity and scouring flame to raze all their enemies until they are but charred memories lost in the abyss!
I just wanted to be left alone.
With the fires of Heaven and Hell comes a permanent change.
The life they knew is gone.
The world they fought for is dead.
They know – that the fight itself has stolen from them everything they ever would have fought for.
Their lives, as they have lived them, are over.
I just wanted to be left alone.
When the men who wanted to be left alone fight back-
It is a form of suicide.
The man who was, is no more.
The man who loved,
The man who built,
The man who obeyed,
The man who trusted,
That man is dead!
I just wanted to be left alone.
When the men who just wanted to be left alone take up violence, they fight with unrestrained vengeance against those who forced their hand!
They fight with raw hate.
They fight with brutality.
They fight by any means available to them.
And they fight without mercy.
I just wanted to be left alone.
The Great Manipulators who pushed them to this-
Who thought themselves so clever-
Who were merely play-acting at terror and politics-
What will they say when TRUE TERROR arrives on their doorsteps?
I just wanted to be left alone.
To live my life in peace. But you wouldn’t allow it.
Go ahead; cry, scream, beg for mercy.
My ears are deaf.
Only your agony will baptize me into hearing again.
I am the man who just wanted to be left alone.
And soon you’ll wish that you had.
Leo, I want to constructively put your post in strategic context. These are my two fundamental points:
(1) No man has the right to be left alone.
(2) It is much, much cheaper to nip human problems in the bud.
As for point #1, it is unnatural for a man to carry the burden of another man. One male will happily fertilized the females and enjoy whatever other resources a kept man would consume. Yes, this is a biological view and has nothing to do with the Christian view and perhaps the Christian value of being a keeper/steward of men.
Males have territory and mating rights by supreme violence. There is a necessity and responsibility to maintain the most violent claim to resources, or one does not have them. Women can be valued as loyal wombs, and even under TBTB they are loyal wombs, but of Western deconstruction.
Point #2 is obvious. I say there is either a patriarchy or a police state. The happy time of a weak police state is the bait that entices dominant men by inheritance to betray their posterity. This is an organic world. Civilization is a garden. Weeding delayed is more expensive and becomes prohibitively expensive as in losing one’s civilization.
These two fundamental points are lemmas to prove that glorifying the archetype of the man who just wants to be left alone is counterproductive if one can rather nip human problems in the bud. I can understand rallying men under the current circumstances, but it is a fine line between adapting to current circumstances after it is too late to act from a position of political dominance and glorifying the values of a man who wants to enjoy the benefits of statecraft without living the practice of statecraft.
This archetypal glory of the go-along-to-get-along man complements the similarly mistaken idea of making life indefinitely safe for one’s children or posterity rather than making one’s children dangerous to and superior to the world.
These are not Christian values I am preaching, or perhaps they are old-time Christian values by coincidence except for what is necessitated by the regularity of the natural world.
In short, I wish you would self-examine your sense of masculinity and righteousness. I believe Christian values from the Gospel led to this dire situation. There is no sense of culpability of the common man in this post. I think there must be if masculinity and civilization are fundamental concerns. Of course, there is no masculinity in heaven as far as we know, and earthly civilization is also an earthly treasure.
I have my doubts about the political capacity of white Western men, and Christian white Western men most of all. You might wish to reconsider your fundamentals if you want your blogging to produce fruit to your liking. As you may have noticed, I have not blogged for some time. I won’t make this a post in itself and explain why public narrative is worse than a waste of time because it is the conditioned political expression of useful idiots. I do not discount the importance of ideas and communication, but the thinkers and the recipients are most important of all.
And we have come full circle, Leo: What is the value of the archetype of the man who just wants to be left alone?

That sums it up. We wanted to be left alone. Our government (of the people, by the people, for the people) should give “hand ups not hand outs” and if it does not SERVE the people, it is of NO USE TO the people and it needs to GO! You can only poke a hibernating bear so much before it wakes ALL THE WAY UP & KILLS you! Leave it alone. You can only lie so many times before EVERYTHING you say IS A LIE! The people will rise up, when pushed, and cheated… lied to & stolen from… they WILL rise up and sacrifice (the Planned Suicide spoken of in the poem) & like D-Day… on the beaches of Normandy… MANY WILL DIE so that THE EVIL can be overthrown and extinguished! Then, they will be “forever changed.” But the Country & indeed “The World” will be RESTORED to greatness & civility. God will triumph, Good will win out in the end & PEACE and Prosperity AGAIN, will reign Supreme! When evils rears it’s ugly head and says “hear I am… screw ALL of you… what are YOU gonna DO about IT!?” GOOD, as it said in the poem… will ONLY TAKE “SO MUCH” before it “SHOWS EVIL WHAT FOR!” And prevails EVERY TIME! Gather… Plan… Pray… Go to WAR! Might makes right for their is NO negotiating with this enemy! They are completely crazy, irrational and WAY out of line! Termination is the ONLY ANSWER to their continual hypocrisy! However, WE MUST RISE UP! & NOW! Before it truly becomes Too LATE!

Reality Doug – you didn’t really understand the poem, did you? Yes, we have every right to be left alone. It is our life, not yours.
The human problems you create are best solved by the people with them, using their own strength. Cripes, you Lefties are nasty creatures.
